Club blazers
The club blazers have been made by Keven Whittam at Cambridge Clothing for the past 30+ years.
He does a marvellous, very efficient job, as, I’m sure, all who have had a blazer made by him, will testify.
Although the cost of having a blazer made hasn’t changed for many years, the cost of material, pockets and manufacture have increased. So much so, that an increase in the purchase price is necessary.
The new costs are as follows:
1. Cost of manufacture is now $268.00 + GST – payable to Keven when the blazer is collected from him.
2. Cost of material, pockets and buttons are now $150.00 including GST, payable to the club after the blazer has been made.
If you would like to purchase a club blazer, the process is as follows:
a) Contact the secretary – phone 09-846-7241 or email sec@brfc.co.nz
b) The secretary advises Keven Whittam that a member (named) will be contacting him and a copy of the email, directions and phone contact numbers will be advised.
c) The member contacts Keven and arranges to meet him for a fitting.
d) When the blazer is made, the member is called to collect it and make both payments.
If you have any queries, contact the secretary.
